Barnett Dermatology introduces our Trans-A Cream to the practice. It is our own, specially-formulated retin-a cream. Our Trans-A Cream contains tretinoin (retinoic acid), caffeine and green tea. In addition to improving aging lines and overall skin texture, the Trans-A Cream improves acne and helps to reduce sun-related pigmentation (darkening of the skin) and sun-damage spots.
